Will Arnett’s highly customized glass-and-steel Beverly Hills Post Office mansion just hit the market for $10.995 million, reports Variety. The house, designed by architect Suchi Reddy in collaboration with Santa Monica–based design and development firm LivingHomes, is considered a hybrid prefab, with two thirds of the sleek building constructed offsite by Reddy and a third of the home constructed on site.
According to realtor.com, the Arrested Development alumnus originally purchased the property for $2.86 million in 2015 and promptly razed the existing structure, reimagining the space into the sprawling 4,000-square-foot behemoth that stands there today. Arnett’s home boasts five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and features six modules that make up the main house, with floor-to-ceiling windows and airy open floor plans throughout.
The upstairs part of the residence features a master suite with a high-ceilinged bedroom that opens out onto a private wooden deck, a master bathroom outfitted with minimalistic white subway tiles and glass dividers, and a sizable walk-in closet. Additionally, Arnett maintains a recording studio in the guest wing of the home, where he perhaps does his voiceover work for the animated series BoJack Horseman and The Lego Movie (he plays Lego Batman). Out back, there is an infinity pool with a separate spa, a firepit, an outdoor fireplace, and a built-in grill ideal for entertaining.
